Medical Diagnostic Advisory Centre of Trade Unions informs union members about the possibility of the ability to conduct high-performance medical investigations.

 

For the year 2018, the contract for high performance medical services was conclude between the company National Medical Insurance Company and Medical Diagnostic Advisory Centre of the Institute of Labor. In order to benefit of these services it is necessary to contact your family doctor or specialist doctor to get your referral ticket (027/e form). Your referral ticket must include the seal and the header of the sanitary institution, the signature and the seal of family doctor, the name of the investigation.

Neither medical institutions nor doctors who perform the referral ticket incur financial costs. No contract is required.

Investigations with a star are to be carried out at the direction of the family doctor with the 027/e form, the other according to the requirements of the Unique Program.

Medical Diagnostic Advisory Centre of the Institute of Labor was created following the Decision of the Congress of National Confederation of Trade Unions from Moldova, it is a private medical institution founded by NCTUM, which is the sole founder and owner. It is intended to provide diagnostic and medical consultancy services for member of the National Branch Unions in NCTUM.  The Center operates under the rules of organization and operation of the medical-sanitary institution approved by the Ministry of Health of Republic of Moldova through Order 890 of 14.09.2012. The sanitary authorization for operation and the sanitary approval was obtained on 30.06.2017 – valid for 5 years. The license A MII nr 056093, which allows the providing of consultative-curative healthcare in the internal medicine field, internship and imaging.
We have obtained the ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE nr.3508 from 27/04/2018 released by NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR EVALUATION AND ACCREDITATION IN HEALTH.
